Merrick Scottish Blackface Knitwear is a social enterprise operated by Biosphere Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Scotland SC775419.  100% of all profits are reinvested into the local area, through projects led by the Galloway and Southern Ayrshire Biosphere Partnership, a Registered Scottish Charity SC044137. 

THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

For fundraising and fundraising research purposes 
We may use your information to create a profile about you, your interests, and preferences.  This helps us to tailor appropriate communications to you as well as helping to improve the quality of your experience with us.    

We may combine information you have given us with other information about you when it is available (for example, from public records or social media). 

We will only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis for doing so (as specified under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)). In most cases, the lawful basis is that processing such data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the organisation.
